There are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your peace of mind. Sea Watch 409 is a two bedroom plus den, two bathroom condo located on the 4th floor on the north side of the building. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom, a queen sleep sofa in the den, and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, and 2 TV’s. Limit of 8 people. The Sea Watch charges a $40 Vehicle Registration Fee at arrival. Parking for 1 car. The Sea Watch Condominium is a smoke-free complex; smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony, or on the Condominium grounds (except where ‘Smoking Area’ signs are present). No pets. During the peak season this property rents for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. During the off-season, flex stays are available with a 3-night minimum.
