and Master as well as 5 more flat screens in all other bedrooms all enjoy premium cable TV. The
pool house has a shower/changing area as well as a 4th bathroom.

All five bedrooms as well as the den and the living room enjoy generous proportions. The 4000 square foot home is big enough to enable family reunion and corporate retreat groups to enjoy unfettered access to their sleeping accommodations without bumping into the others in your group who are spread throughout the rest of the house.

The 20-foot high cathedral ceilings are graced with walls of glass that frame the beautiful sunsets each evening. The living room, den and dining room are spacious for large groups and afford unparalleled whitewater views of the Pacific Ocean.
