This beautiful newly constructed/custom built, Gulf Front home will create long-lasting memories and an amazing beach vacation! Walkin' on Sunshine is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home sitting on a sandy lot that is steps from the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This house provides all amenities necessary for a wonderful island vacation. Wood-look tile flooring spans throughout every room in this bright and airy house. All new furnishings with beach colors and décor will help add to your ultimate beach getaway!
The large Great Room has a 10’ ceiling, two large sliding glass doors and ample seating to enhance the breathtaking views and sounds of the Gulf. Above the media center, you’ll find a Samsung 65” 4K smart TV with a 4k Blu-Ray player, and Dish Network satellite service. Wi-Fi high speed internet for streaming or surfing the internet is also provided.
The kitchen and dining areas adjoin the Great Room and accommodate up to ten people. The beautiful kitchen features granite countertops, white shaker cabinets, a step up bar, island, and all new stainless steel appliances (side-by-side refrigerator, oven/cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker). It is well stocked with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, can opener, dishes, cookware, silverware and glasses, should you choose to eat in.
Wake up to amazing sunrises and gulf views in the Master Bedroom. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the deck overlooking the Gulf. It is furnished with a king bed and 49” LG 4K smart TV with Dish Network. Connected to the Master Bedroom is a bathroom that includes a tub, stand-alone shower and double vanity.
The Southwest bedroom has a king bed with a 43” LG 4k smart TV connected to Dish Network. Witness spectacular sunrises and Gulf views through the sliding glass doors with private deck access. It shares a double vanity and shower/tub combo bath with the bunk bed room.
A queen bed and 43” LG 4k smart TV with Dish Network occupies the Northeast corner of the house. This room has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The bunk bed room is in the Northwest corner of the house. Full bunks, a 43” LG 4k smart TV with Dish Network and fun décor complete this room.
Below the house, you’ll find tons of parking space to protect your car, a gas grill for the ultimate beach front cookout, a picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand.
Relax and soak up the island sun or eat on the large, partially covered, back deck with seating for ten and watch the dolphins swim in the Gulf of Mexico. If you want a little more action and exercise, step down to the sugar-white sands and swim in the waters of the Gulf. Off the front porch, you can see birds fly over the Mississippi Sound. The views of the Gulf, Mississippi Sound, sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. You’ll truly feel like you are “Walkin’ On Sunshine” in this Gulf Front beauty.
Walkin’ On Sunshine is a dog friendly property. A non-refundable charge of $100 per dog is required. All pets must be reported at the time reservation is made and must be on a flea, tick and heartworm prevention program with all current vaccinations.
