This "Summer Breeze" will surely make you feel fine! This beautiful beach house with soaring cathedral ceilings is an airy, spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located on a private beach on the Mississippi Sound and just 1 short block walk to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a wagon to take your stuff to the beach.
This fabulous house comfortably sleeps 14 with a nice spacious environment. The Great Room offers lots of seating, hardwood floors, a huge flat panel TV with DVD player, and large windows to enjoy the view and flood the house with sunlight. The open floor plan flows into the dining area with a large table with seating for 8 (10 if you squeeze tight!) plus 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, and even more at the picnic table and glass top table for 6 on the deck! The kitchen is equipped a smooth cooktop range and oven, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. A wet bar and pantry along with toaster, blender, electric can opener, and coffee maker complete the amenities. A second refrigerator is located in the laundry room with the washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware for family meals.
The Master bedroom is furnished with King size bed, TV, and private exit to the partially covered Sound-side deck. The adjoining private bath is complete with double vanity, whirlpool tub, and walk in shower.
Down a short hallway are two additional bedrooms, both with King size beds, flat panel TVs and views of the gulf. The nearby 2nd bathroom has a single extended vanity and tub/shower combo.
A fourth bedroom has a private bath and is just inside the front entrance. It is furnished with King bed, flat panel TV, and view of the Gulf. The private bath is complete with single extended vanity and separate shower/tub combo.
The upstairs loft sleeps even more with 2 Queen beds, a bunk bed (full on bottom/ twin on top) and a sofa area with flat panel TV.
Step out on the large, partially covered deck and enjoy the views of the Mississippi Sound. Plenty of deck furniture available for relaxing in the Island sunshine.

If you can't leave your furbabies at home, Summer Breeze is a Dog Friendly Property. A non-refundable of charge of $100 per dog is required for each one that comes to Summer Breeze. All pets must be reported at the time your reservation is made. We will require the total number of dogs, their breed, and weight. All dogs must be on a flea, tick and heartworm prevention program and have all current vaccinations. The Town of Dauphin Island leash law requires dogs to be on leash and properly secured when outdoors and also requires that dog waste from rental property yard, beaches and public areas be picked up and properly disposed of.
