Our biggest remodel project to date; Dockside Manor is our largest lakefront property yet, and it is equipt for all your full-sized lakeside fun! It will have you and your family and friends talking about the unbelievable memories you made for years to come! The first floor boasts two large living rooms. A cottage stone fireplace will keep your toes nice and warm in the cozy adjacent sitting area. The oversized island and large dining room table will accommodate even the largest of gatherings. Rounding out the first floor, are three amazing bedrooms, including one with en-suite bathroom, another full bathroom and laundry will make even the pickiest guests comfortable. The massive second floor has two large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a stunning balcony with an incredible lake view. The second bedroom includes three, twin-over-full bunk beds, and right next door, a secret playroom that would make most daycare centers envious! Your marvelous outdoor fun includes a large yard equipped with a swing set, horseshoes, a barbeque grill, and a custom fire pit. Upon approaching the dock, you come across a modest size screen house, equipt with lawn chairs, a second BBQ grill, kitchenette, and refrigerator. There is also a floating dock for when you want to take the plunge and access to three kayaks, and three paddle boards and all the fresh, Adirondack air your lungs can handle!
