At the end of the Living Area is an enclosed balcony. This area has a table set for two guests to enjoy the view of the grounds of Dolphin Point. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the condo. The Guest Bedroom is located across from the Kitchen near the condo’s door, while the Master Bedroom is located at the opposite end of the condo, next to the Living Area. One bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and has a jacuzzi tub, while the other bathroom is private to the Master Bedroom. The Guest Bedroom is home to two Queen Beds, a DVD player, and a HDTV. The Master Bedroom comes complete with a large King size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and a DVD player. This condo sleeps six guests without the need of a Sofa Sleeper. Amenities of this condo include a 10 minute walk to the beach, Wi-Fi internet access, gas and charcoal grills onsite, and an onsite pool.
