The upstairs tiled bath with hair-dryer makes this room luxurious. Downstairs in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa and loveseat with A/C and ceiling fans. CATV, DVD, stereo with CD player makes the entertainment center so comfortable you might not want to do the "Duval Crawl", which is just a ½ block away.
