Casita Del Agua can be rented by itself to accommodate 4 persons or in conjunction with the oceanfront Villa Mar Vista home to host up to 22 persons. When the Casita is rented along with the Villa Mar Vista home we open the gates onto the pool to give direct access into the gorgeous large pool from the Casita. Enjoy your own private patio overlooking the pool along with your own private gated entry into your personal patio.
Casita Del Agua has a California King bed with open plan living room and kitchen. The open living room has a love seat sofa and a Queen sofa sleeper to seat 6 persons with a 7 foot long granite bar for seating for 4 more persons to give you 10 + seating for your favorite Big Games.
The granite counter-tops in the kitchen complement the full 26 cubic foot stainless steel refrigerator, stainless steel dishwasher and 4 burner range with large oven for your Thanksgiving turkey. Fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave and even a waffle maker.
The large bathroom enjoys an 8-jet Jacuzzi-brand spa tub along with a rain shower-head ShowerTower with 8 jets and a shower wand. Custom tiling and shampoo bottle alcoves add to your showering experience. A large 8 foot closet with your own personal Hotel Safe holds valuables up to 17 inch Laptops.
