Beautiful, spacious, bright, and fully updated Mammoth Mountain condo in Sunshine Village Condominiums! Two story condo is nestled in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, and has two large bedrooms, a full loft, and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8-10 people. It is located on the second floor and has recently been upgraded and remodeled from top to bottom, with no detail unaccounted for, giving everyone the 'Mammoth vacation getaway' experience they've been waiting for. The master bedroom is equipped with a 55” flat screen TV with Roku, a queen size bed, and an attached, private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a 32" flat screen TV, and a full sized convertible futon couch. Adjacent is a second full bathroom available for the entire home. The upstairs loft includes two full size beds, and one twin bed, a 32" flat screen TV, and the third full bathroom. Need a little more space? A large sectional couch in the living room opens up to a queen-size bed as well! Everyone will enjoy a restful night’s sleep on one of the many beds with pillow topped memory foam. Your days will stay busy as the Green, Gray, and Hospitality shuttle line pickup is just steps from outside your front door. The shuttle offers easy and free transport to any of the resort's ski/snowboard/biking lifts including: Eagle, Canyon and Main Lodge. Or if you prefer to drive, it's a quick 5 mins to Eagle and 10 mins to Canyon Lodge. You'll also enjoy the nearby breweries, restaurants, movie theatre, bowling alley, coffee houses, and bookstores...The options are endless. In addition, you're next door to Sierra Star Golf Course, and also near fishing, hiking, and biking, or even a dip in one of Mammoth's natural hot springs! After a long day skiing, snowboarding, or biking the slopes, you can stash your gear in the ski/board closet and settle in for a quiet evening over a family meal or head out for a night in The Village, located less than a mile from your door. The large, open floor plan includes vaulted ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen that has been outfitted with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, a dining room table, and a large open island that seats 6. Spend time watching the 60" flat-screen Smart TV together while warming your feet by the pellet stove fireplace. Those on cooking duty can socialize from the kitchen while the non-chefs play games or listen to music from the docking station, or catch up on work and social media using Wi-Fi, all from the comfort of the large sectional in the living room. There’s even a USB(4) charging station (located on the post) if a recharge is needed (bring your wires). Want to get the kids out for a bit? Sunshine Village's amenities include a recently renovated rec. room – complete with a sauna, bathrooms, large indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, ping pong table, and arcade games. During the warmer months Sunshine Village also offers tennis courts and a heated pool with surrounding gas bbqs and tables for your daily use, and since you can't take the vacation away from dirty clothes, feel free to use the coin operated laundry facilities.
