Kitchen has all amenities including a dishwasher. Dining area has a table for six and is surrounded by windows overlooking the ocean with picturesque views of the pier. Exterior staircase leads downstairs where one bedroom, the second bathroom, the 1-car garage, and the laundry room are located. Charcoal BBQ on the deck of the dining area. This property can accomodate groups of 8 (children age 6 and under don't count toward the occupancy limit) on 3 queens and a queen aero bed. Off-street parking is limited to the 1-car garage and short driveway in front.
