A family owned and operated lodge since 1898, the Ruttger’s Bay Lake Lodge has a rich history which has even been documented in a book known as “The First 100 Years”, which talks about the multigenerational legacy of this resort. The Black Pine Beach Resort was built in an area of Northern Minnesota known for its lumber in the late 19th century. The cabins were built in the 1940s by Marion Arnold, and until recently the lake was known as Pig Lake! Dating back to 1929, Madden’s on Gull Lake has had trials and tribulations which have shaped the resort to the destination it is today. A historical vacation awaits you in the Brainerd Lakes region!
