Grand Lake of the Cherokees (created in 1940) is located near I-44 in North East Oklahoma and is a 60,000 acre water sports paradise. The massive reservoir stretches 66 miles through a beautiful area of the Ozark foothills called Oklahoma's "Green Country". Grand Lake's 1,300 miles of shoreline offers a wide variety of recreation and is dotted with home sites, resorts and marinas.
