The B Bar offers its guests many opportunities to observe the cycle of life on a western ranch. We live by a Seasonal calendar marked with spring calving and plantings summer haying and vegetable harvests, fall cattle drives, and winter feeding and grooming with young draft horses in training. Throughout the summer we work on horseback, monitoring the condition of both cattle and range, and moving the herd from one area to another as often as needed to preserve the health of the ecosystem.
