Your Newly Renovated Rainforest Retreat in Volcano Village

Resting at an incredible 4,000-foot elevation with stunning views of clear blue skies and gorgeous island scenery, the Hale 'Ohu Bed & Breakfast is a Hawaii vacation you won't ever forget. Meaning "mist," Hale 'Ohu is aptly named after the mist that rolls in during the afternoons from the slopes of Mauna Loa. This beautiful destination features three one-bedroom rooms that each feature modern amenities such as flat-screen Smart TVs, cozy bathrobes, private patios, and free wireless internet. You and your sweetheart will find exactly what you're looking for, and there's no need to worry about noisy kids spoiling the tranquility--no children allowed! Wake each morning to the singing birds and enjoy your complimentary homemade tropical breakfast in your room. Breakfast is placed in each room's refrigerator daily for the following day, so that guests can enjoy at their leisure in their room or on their patio. When you're ready to venture out, you can spend a day at the nearby Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, which is less than a five-minute drive away. Explore this magnificent natural location as you hike through the paths and learn all about the lava flows and the local geology. The Kilauea Iki Crater is a must-see stop during your trip, but you can also visit the Akatsuka Orchid Gardens, and the Kilauea State Recreation Area. Nearby, there are various art galleries and restaurants to visit, too!
