Getting there

Coming from the Southeast on Interstate 94, take exit 67 - turn North on County Highway 35 to Dalton. Follow County Road 35 through Dalton, then Underwood crossing State Highway 210 and continue North 7 more miles to the intersection of County Highway 1. (Tingvold Lutheran Church and Barnhard Arts on this corner) Continue north on County 35 to West Lost Lake, approximately 1/2 of a mile. Look for the Weslake Resort sign, we are on the left side of the road. Coming from the Northwest on Interstate 94, take the first Fergus Falls exit 50 - turn left (East) under the interstate and go to stop sign. Turn left (North) on U.S. Highway 59 and go approximately 3 miles to the little town of Elizabeth. Turn right on County Highway 10 and go east to the second stop sign. You will then turn left on County Highway 1 and go approximately 5 miles to the intersection of County Highway 35. Viking Valley Hunt Club is a membership shooting preserve located in central Minnesota's "heart of the lakes" area in Otter Tail County. With 1,049 of Minnesota's famed 10,000 lakes, this is an ideal location for a wide variety of outdoor activities year-round. Members enjoy a large comfortable lodge filled with all of the amenities one would expect. Members hunt pheasants from September to April, on 8 fields encompassing about 400 acres, as well as having access to docks and pontoons on Lake Jolly Ann and on the private "catch and release" Rask Lake. Viking Valley is home to one of the most challenging and scenic fully automated sporting clays courses in the upper Midwest. Membership at Viking Valley grants access to all the facilities of the club.

To get there from the Twin Cities, head northwest on MN Hwy 10 all the way to Perham. Then, follow MN-8 north past town and the resort is wedged between Little Pine Lake and Big Pine Lake.
