The family-owned Lodge on Otter Tail Lake is still thriving here after nearly 80 years. In large part, that’s natural. Beautiful Otter Tail Lake has 30 miles of shoreline, all naturally sloping, hard-packed sand – perfect for beach activities. The lodge building is a rarity for a resort so small and personable, complete with an old-style game room and an ice cream parlor right on the water. It also offers a full marina, with craft from Jet Skis to pontoons to fishing boats. And speaking of fishing – the DNR rates this lake in the top two for walleye in the entire state. In winter, this resort transforms into a wonderland of guided ice fishing complete with fish houses!
