Located east of Riggins, Idaho, at the confluence of the South Fork and Main Salmon rivers, the Ranch offers comfortable cabins, scenic hiking trails, relaxation, and world-renowned fishing. For the photographer, the area around the Ranch is teaming with wildlife accented by the majestic beauty of the Salmon River and the South Fork canyons.

Deep in the heart of Idaho's primitive area is situated the Red River Hot Springs, a rustic resort built around the famous hot mineral waters of this area. It is water that the Indians believed to be powerful healing waters as will the visitors of today. Mother Nature more than gave her best in providing the mineral springs coming out of the mountain at 120 degrees with 16 natural minerals. There's plenty of hiking or mountain bike trails nearby with a profusion of wildlife and scenery for you to enjoy.

It takes time to get this far back in the Nez Perce National forest but it is a pretty trip any time of the year. All green with tall forest trees and meadows in summer and white snow all winter long. Take a hike into a lake and spend the afternoon fishing. Some lakes you can drive to and others take 1 to 8 mile hikes. Most have been stocked with trout. The cabins are close to trails going into the Wilderness area and just a few miles off a National Recreation Trail going through the forest.

The Lodge is the perfect location for business, social and family functions. We can make special arrangements for various sized groups but 15 to 20 guests is ideal. Over the years we have hosted a variety of corporate retreats, sales meetings, family reunions, birthday parties and some wonderfully memorable weddings. Located just West of the Bitterroot Mountains in North Central Idaho, our area is perfect for hunting, fly fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, gold panning, and photography.
