The Hawk's Nest is currently operated by the fourth and fifth generations of Charles Garvin, who built the original East Coast cabins in 1895 when the only ways to get there were by steamer or horse and wagon. Today, Hawk's Nest Beach retains and thrives in this same classic beach cottage style.
