This updated studio condo directly overlooks the pool and Clearwater Harbor - 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY!
We have a queen bed, and a full size sofa bed, a 32" flat screen TV, free wifi and a dvd player and fully stocked kitchenette for those home cooked meals. There is also a charcoal barbecue grilll located next to the heated pool for your convenience.
The complex has only 18 units and is on a quiet street, located right next door to the prestigious Clearwater Yacht Club and away from all of the parties but within walking distance to all of the fun activities of Clearwater Beach and all the fantastic restaurants, bars, live music, marina and Pier 60.
The main public beach area is a 10 minute walk away and the infamous Pier 60 is about an 15 minute walk from your condo.
You are welcome to fish off the docks at the condo or you can fish from Pier 60 where they charge a small entrance fee. Fishing license may be required.
We are close to the Sand Key Bridge for easy access on and off the beach. You will love the park at Sand Key, bathrooms, dog area, food vendors and lots of gorgeous beach for you to explore.
