As you arrive you will notice a wonderful “front” yard with a grassy lawn, playground equipment, and comfortable places to relax or have a bite in the sun or shade.
Once inside you will find yourself looking at a beautiful fireplace in a spacious entry which flows effortlessly into a well-designed great room with hard wood floors and a beautiful sweeping view of the lagoon.
The living room area sports a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, swiping lagoon views, and lots of soft places to sit or stretch out and enjoy it all.
The dining area has a large circular table that seats 8 and the sun room has a high rectangle table that seats 6 and looks out to the lagoon. There is a bistro table in the kitchen with additional seating at the kitchen nook.
The designer kitchen is spacious with plenty of room to move about as you enjoy 180 degree views of the lagoon and ocean while you entertain and create your favorite dish…with plenty of seating for everyone!
Beautiful views, mediterranean landscaping and very well-furnished lanai and outdoor areas truly create seamless indoor/outdoor living at its best.
One master suite has sliding glass doors opening to the lanai overlooking the botanical lagoon and ocean. Furnishings include a king bed, flat screen TV, large closet with sliding mirror doors, dressing area, and private bath with a large soaking tub.
The second master suite is expansive…with a full bath including a second large soaking tub and sitting area. Enjoy lagoon views from the queen bed. The sitting area includes a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and writing desk as well as a pull out single bed perfect for children.
The third bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a flat screen TV is privately situated and opens to the front garden patio. There is an additional communal full bath with a shower/tub combination. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.
This vacation home can easily accommodate 10 people. Aero beds are available at an extra cost for flexible sleeping arrangements.
High speed WI-FI and premium cable TV service is provided throughout the property. There is also a washer and dryer for your use, and off street parking is also available.
