Terms and Conditions

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we have a separate cancellation policy for New Year's Eve reservations. If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule, please notify Guest Services about all changes and cancellations during regular office hours. For cancellations or changes greater than 90 days prior to your arrival, there will be a $30 processing fee. For cancellations or changes with less than 90 days, you will be charged for half of the package plus a $100 processing fee. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule less than 30 days prior to arrival, you will be responsible for the entire length of your stay plus a $100 processing fee. We guarantee your room; therefore, cancellations & changes must be made directly with guest services during regular office hours (8:30am-6:30pm daily). In the event of an early departure, we are unable to provide a refund of any type. Please be sure to contact us directly about all changes and cancellations
