A World-Renowned Wine Cellar

Wine was a passion for Gene Mulvihill, former owner of Crystal Springs Resort. Wishing to share his love of fine vintage, Mr. Mulvihill helped assemble one of the world's premier wine collections featuring thousands of labels from around the world. His devotion to wine continues at the Wine Cellar of Restaurant Latour under the experienced and talented Crystal Springs Resort staff, led by VP of Hospitality & Lodging and Wine Director Robby Younes and assisted by Sommelier Susanne Lerescu.

The Wine Cellar features two opulently appointed dining and tasting rooms. Restaurant Latour's immense wine list is comprised of 6,000 labels. This amazing inventory -- 50 years in the making -- includes all the best vintages (1959, 1961, 1982, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2009, 2010 and more) of the great chateaux of Bordeaux and Burgundy. Notable inclusions are more than 100 vintages of Chateau Latour (1863 to 2012, many in large format), as well as deep, vertical selections of Cheval Blanc, Ausone, Haut Brion, Lafite, Margaux, Mouton, Petrus, and others. [View White Wine List] [View Red Wine & Port List].

Beyond Bordeaux, Rhone and Burgundy are represented with hundreds of labels -- including verticals of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti; single-vineyards from Guigal's La Mouline, La Landonne, and La Turque; Chapoutier's Le Meal, Le Pavillon, and L'Ermite; and Jaboulet's La Chapelle. California is equally represented with multiple vintages of Harlan, Screaming Eagle, Araujo, Bryant, Dalla Valle, and other sought-after California wines. Italy is represented with multiple vintages of Bruno Giacosa, Roberto Voerzio, Paolo Scavino, and other Barolo producers; an extensive selection of Super-Tuscans; and Gaja's outstanding wines from his Piedmont and Tuscan vineyards.
