Saturday November 25th, is the 5th annual Cold Turkey Plunge to benefit the Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports Program. To date the Plunge has raised in excess of $75,000 thanks to the efforts of the intrepid Cold Turkeys and their Sponsors. That money has gone to fund, among other things, the purchase of over $35,000 of Specialized Adaptive Sports Equipment, the hosting of Disabled Veterans and their Families for a respite in beautiful Waterville Valley and 2 weekends of winter sports activities for families with autistic children.
The Valley Inn is offering a 33% lodging discount to any plunger or Cold Turkey supporter.
