Cancellation Policy: 48-hour cancellation policy. You must cancel 48 hours prior to 3pm day of arrival to avoid being charged a cancellation fee of one night’s stay. If you have booked more than one room under your name, then all rooms under your name will be held under the same policy above. Long Term Stays will be charged in full at check-in, unless other arrangments are made at time of booking. If the room rate has been discounted for the long term stay and the customer departs early, the room rate will revert back to the advertised daily rate from the customers arrival day to the departure date.The 48 hour policy does not apply to Long Term Stays. Guarantee/Deposit and Change/Cancellation Fees will depend on selected dates and room/rate combination.
