Rates: Lumière rates are subject to change without notice. A tax of 12.4% and resort fee of 7% will be added to the nightly rate. Deposit/Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable deposit of one night’s rent plus tax (12.4%) and resort fee (7%) is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. For cancellations outside of 46 days a one night deposit is forfeited. Reservations cancelled 45 days or fewer prior to arrival, will forfeit the entire lodging amount. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. We highly recommend purchasing travel protection insurance which is 6.95% of the rental amount. Departure is prior to 11 a.m. Smoking: Lumière Telluride is a 100% smoke-free property. Pets: We welcome your well behaved furry friends. A surcharge of $25 per pet, per day will be applied. Telluride, Colorado offers an abundance of dog walks and hiking trails for you and your pets to enjoy. No need to leave them behind on your incredible Colorado vacation as Lumière is entirely pet friendly. Please notify us of your pets visit so we can get the dog treats ready! We also provide a dog bed and dog bowl for them during your stay with us. If you’re here with your pets over a festival weekend and want to ensure they get outdoors, whilst you are inside the festival, we can arrange for a dog walker/ dog sitter. Parking: A nightly valet parking fee of $25 per car applies. Breakfast: A complimentary European style continental buffet breakfast is served daily from 7am-10am in Bijou Restaurant & Lounge. Rollaway Beds: Rollaway beds are $25 per night and are available in our one bedroom and larger residences. Please reserve in advance.
