Terms and Conditions

A 25% deposit is required to hold your reservation and is non-refundable. However, you can change the dates of your current ranch vacation or you can transfer it to a friend or family member who can use it toward their vacation. Example: If a deposit is made for the 2018 season it will only be valid until the end of the 2018 season. Amounts paid over the deposit will be refunded if the space can be filled with another guest either from a waiting list, future contact or with a referral from you. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and wire transfers. Credit card transactions will include a service fee of 2.8%. Wire transfer fees will be charged back, the exact amount incurred by the ranch, to the guest or travel agency, depending upon where origination occurs. NOTE: Rates do not include 2.9 percent Colorado State Tax. Alcoholic beverages, shuttle transportation, off ranch activities, and gratuities are not included as all of these items are discretionary, not mandatory.
