Room Minimums and Guarantees
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Deposits are non refundable for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance of your reservation. For cancellations made more than two weeks in advance of your reservation, deposits may be credited towards a future stay.
During peak season (June 16–November 1), there is a two-night minimum stay on weekends. One-night reservations will be charged an additional 10%, to be added at check-in.

Coming and Going
Check-in is between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. We are more than happy to make arrangements for late arrival. Please call us before 6:00pm if you are going to be late so we can accommodate your arrival. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Room Features
All rooms include private bath, free high-speed WiFi, cable television, free local and long-distance calls, Keurig coffee and tea service, and deck with views of the Penobscot Bay.

In-Room Massage
Take some time to relax! Add an in-room single or couples massage to any reservation. Please reserve seven days in advance of your stay. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all massages.
Single massage (60 minutes): $95
Couples massage (60 minutes): $185

Children and Additional Guests
Children and additional guests are very welcome at the Lodge!
We have twin-size Serta raised air beds available for children or additional guests.
There is a $25 per person per night fee for each additional guest.

Pet-Free Rooms
Half of our rooms are completely pet-free. We have new carpets, freshly-upholstered chairs, and all new bedding for guests with allergies.

Pet-Friendly Rooms
Well-groomed and well-behaved pets are welcome at the Lodge. There is a $30 per pet per night fee (two pets maximum per room). Pets are not allowed in the tubs/Jacuzzis or on the furniture, and should be kept quiet at all times. Pets must be leashed while on the property and may not be left in rooms unattended for any period of time. We have an excellent dog sitter who can keep your pet company in your room while you are out if needed. Please us call to arrange for this in advance of your stay. There are marked trails directly behind the lodge where you can walk or run your dogs.​ Guests are responsible for picking up after your pet; there is a discreet waste receptacle near the garage.​ Guests are responsible for any damage to the room. There is a $300 charge for any pets kept in a pet-free room.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors or within 20 feet of any building. There is a $250 fee for cleaning rooms that smell of smoke.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $25 processing fee on cancelled reservations. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made within two weeks of your reservation date. We cannot be responsible for cancellations or refund deposits due to inclement weather or travel interruptions beyond our control.

Car Charging
We offer electric car charging stations to guests at no charge.
We are excited to offer William Roam toiletries to our guests. All of their products are made in the USA, and we think you will love their aroma and feel!
We are also proud to use only earth-friendly cleaning products from Melaleuca, the leader in effective, safe cleaning and wellness products since 1985.
Our luxurious bedding by Cuddledown will lull you into a peaceful slumber. Our Maine-made comforters and pillows along with 400-thread count, 100% combed cotton bedding are deliciously soft and comfortable. Awake to a refreshing shower and towel off with large Egyptian cotton bath sheets.
