Unit 302 has been fully renovated in August of 2014 and has its own washer & dryer in unit, flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms & living room, and 2 private balconies overlooking the marsh. This unit also has a fully equipped kitchen so preparing meals for large groups is a breeze. Pier Watch II has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! This retreat comfortably & spaciously accommodates large groups and is remarkably close to the beach and the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier which features a restaurant & bar. There are only 3 parking spaces per unit. Pool is open seasonally (usually mid-May to mid-September) but could vary.
