From the front of Turkey Feather's wrap-around porch guests have a spectacular view of a valley of dense green mountain foliage and the great mountains rising in the distance. To take advantage of its view Turkey Feather was constructed with spacious decks on each level creating a phenomenal outdoor living space that is hard to beat. The foliage that surrounds Turkey Feather creates perfect seclusion without another cabin or person in sight!
Inside Turkey Feather guests will find the decor creates a casual and welcoming atmosphere and plenty of country charm. The cabins open floor plan produces a large living space and eat-in kitchen with tiled counter tops and quaint bear-themed dining area. And thanks to Turkey Feathers great location and large patio doors guests can cuddle up on the cabins plush sofa next to the fire and enjoy the great front porch view from here as well! Turkey Feather's impressive master suite is on the cabins second level. In the master suite the homeowners achieved a warm and cozy ambiance despite the areas spacious size. Part of the accomplishment can be attributed to their keen eye for decor and minimalist approach and part of the achievement must be attributed to the master suites inviting private porch. Screened and furnished with white wicker the master suites balcony has the vantage of Turkey Feather's view from its highest point-- and it is truly beautiful. On Turkey Feather's terrace level guests will be surprised to find they have a view from the cabins third bedroom and game room; however, with a pool table, board games galore, and dartboard in Turkey Feathers game room there is sure to be plenty going on! A small kitchen and bar area are also on Turkey Feathers terrace level and when you consider that there is a bed and bathroom off the terrace kitchen you realize it’s like its own little apartment, and a great place for your teens to get their space. Just be sure to check out our photos of the terrace level bed and bath before promising it to anyone else, the bedroom is spacious and inviting and the bathroom door is a one-of-a-kind adorable take on an old-fashioned outhouse! With beds ranging from king-sized to a child-sized futon chair, and game room activities for a plethora of age ranges, the homeowners have truly kept in mind the need for family vacations, but that was probably already apparent to you by the affordable price. The cabins peaceful atmosphere coupled with the short drive to town makes this cabin one that will leave you wanting more!
