This historic two-story brick Victorian home was built in 1898 and retains its old world charm with all of the modern amenities of an upscale rental. Go relax in the private, shaded backyard, complete with a pool, spa, and BBQ and thank the lord you're here! The home remains true to the era in our work and let the inherent beauty of the old home shine through. There are four bedrooms and three baths upstairs, along with a queen bedroom downstairs. Amenities include a private bath with a step in marble tiled shower and pedestal sink, walk in shower, and Egyptian cotton linens (for a perfect night’s sleep). Downstairs you'll find a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen with granite and butcher block counters and new stainless steel appliances. Wide screen TV, formal parlor, coffered ceilings... the list seemingly never ends! Just don't forget to get out on the patio and enjoy the famously gorgeous California weather.
