All packages must be paid in full at time of reservation, no changes or cancellations are permitted. All packages are non-refundable. Non-Package Room Reservation Cancellation Policy: $25 cancellation fee on ALL cancellations. Peak season deposit is refunded only if notified by calling (732) 899-3370, 14 days in advance and speaking with a staff member. Off Season deposit is refunded only if notified 48 hours in advance. Any change in length of stay must be received 14 days prior to arrival in peak season and 48 hours prior in off season. Cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Vouchers do not include gratuities, are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Dinner or Spa vouchers do not include liquor, tax or gratuity, are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Spa appointments must be made in advance for ALL Spa Packages.
