An exciting way to explore the woods of New Hampshire!  Out Back Kayak has 80 acres bordering the beautiful Pemigiwasset River. The majority of the trails are wooded with river views. There’s a private pond, a sand dune, and after any rainstorm be prepared for mud! This is a one-of-a-kind adventure suitable for the whole family.  Ages 13 & up can drive their own ATV.  A 250lb weight limit per ATV applies.

• 2 night accommodations in a suite

• One-hour Guided ATV Tour with Out Back Kayak, per person in the reservation

• Freedom Pass Activities – Valued at $100 per day, per person

2 night minimum reservations required. * Prices based on 4 people for 2 nights, in a Superior Suite. One hour Guided ATV tour based on their operational hours and may be subject to change due to inclement weather. Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotion. Prices inclusive of 15% Resort Fee and 9% NH Room & Meals Tax. Prices vary based room type, season, and number of people on the tour. Any driver under 18 years of age must purchase insurance for $20 at the time of the tour. Kids 5-12 years of age may ride as a passenger for $20 per hour.
