Join Debbie for a joyful Fall weekend of yoga, hiking, meditation, relaxation, delicious food and inspiring nature at Dahlonega Spa Resort. You’ll enjoy a variety of yoga classes drawn from Debbie’s experience with various yoga traditions. Flow, restorative and yin will be included. There will be leisure time for you to explore, play or rest as you like to reconnect with yourself. You may choose spa treatments, nature walks, reading in a quiet spot, soaking in the Jacuzzi, excursions to area vineyards or shopping in the quaint shops of nearby historic Dahlonega.
Debbie, director of Mat Works Yoga Studio, is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor with 12 years experience teaching group classes, workshops, and private instruction.
It is with the experience of personally rehabilitating a back injury with a regular yoga practice that has produced a compassionate and non-competitive approach to teaching students with various needs.
Opening the heart and mind to the possibilities of a consistent yoga practice, a healthy connection to joy and gratitude and a certain level of playfulness are cornerstones of practice with Deb.
