RENTAL RATES & INFORMATION
Based on 10 people. $45/extra person per night. Max 20 people.
· Self service, provide own food and beverages, bait etc.
· Including 1-2 lodge staff to maintain functioning of lodge, generator, service boats etc( who will need to be fed with the group) but otherwise will not interfere with guests other than hosting.
· Bedding and towels included, but welcome to bring own
· All lodge amenities, diesel, and propane included
· Use of boats, including 1 tank of fuel per boat/week based on 1 boat per 2-3 people
· One transportation in at check in and out at checkout by boat. Extra trips will be charged at $150 per trip. Contact owners to get rates to arrange transportation of supplies, luggage, and heavy or bulky items so your trip into the lodge is smooth and effortless.

Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is due to confirm rental dates at time of booking (preferred method is Interac e-Transfer). Outstanding balance + $500.00 damage deposit is due 28 days (4 weeks) prior to checking in. The damage deposit will be returned to you by Interac e-Transfer upon check out or once the cottage and property have been inspected by the owner or his designate (within 7 business days).
