Labour Day Weekend At The Rodeo with Tod Mountain Guest Ranch at Tod Mountain Ranch

The North Thompson Fall Fair & Rodeo started back in 1950 a a celebration of agriculture, livestock, western country living and community spirit. Still going strong and in it's 64th year, the focus remains the same. The rodeo will feature the traditional rodeo events of saddle bronc, bareback riding, bull riding, tie down roping, steer wrestling, breakaway roping, team roping and barrel racing. In addition, we also get the opportunity to watch some Chariot Racing and Pony Chuckwagon racing.

The North Thompson Fall Fair & Rodeo is held on all 3 days of the Labour Day weekend and we have tailored a weekend package to take advantage of this great event.

Friday - arrive after 4pm and join us for a special Rodeo themed dinner

Saturday - after breakfast, we'll head to the Fair Grounds at Barriere arriving in plenty of time for you to see some of the exhibits and shows before the Parade begins. Enjoy lunch straight out of the Chuckwagon, and then experience the thrill of the rodeo, followed by the Chuckwagon Races. After the rodeo, we will have dinner at a local restaurant before heading back to the ranch.

Sunday - After breakfast, head out on the trail for a morning ride followed by lunch at the ranch. After lunch, hit the trail again heading in a different direction and then relax for a while before dinner.

Monday - Enjoy one final ride in the morning and depart the ranch after lunch.

Rate includes 3 nights accommodation, all horseback riding, transport to and from the fair grounds on Saturday, all meals, snacks and drinks at the and the fair grounds, dinner at a local restaurant on Saturday night, entrance fees to the North Thompson Fall Fair and Rodeo on Saturday, use of all ranch facilities during your stay. Rate excludes taxes (6.5%) and gratuities.
