Phantom Gourmet Food Festival: New England’s Top Tier Culinary Talent

Boston, Massachusetts, is a city with something to offer all who visit. The city stands ready to make lasting memories with unique attractions, restaurants, and community events.

This is one of the foremost places to learn about American history and home to The Freedom Trail, a 2.5 mile, red brick paved trail, starting at the famous Boston Common and featuring 16 different historical sites. This is the ideal place to learn about the American Revolution and get to know the layout of the city. Fenway Park may not be located on the trail, but it’s historical, and a key attraction for any sports fan. Opening in 1912 and home to some of the biggest events in American sports history, it's no mystery why people refer to it as “America's Most Beloved Park”. Whether catching a game, touring the grounds, or going to a concert, the park is set to impress.

Boston is also home to roughly 3,000 restaurants encompassing a vast spectrum of culinary styles. People flock here for everything from New England seafood to traditional Russian cuisine. If you're in the mood for fresh fish, check out The Daily Catch North End. This restaurant topped Zagat’s list of “Boston’s Best Seafood Shacks” and features classic seafood and Sicilian pastas. Next up is Alden & Harlow, conveniently located in Harvard Square. This restaurant topped Boston Magazine's list of the “Best Restaurants in Boston”, showcasing bold and unique culinary creations from the mind of Chef Michael Scelfo.

Boston is home to some of the finest events and festivals in America, and The Phantom Gourmet Food Festival is widely considered the leading food experience in the city. Whether you're looking to try octopus or buffalo mac and cheese, you’ll find it here. The event is hard to miss, located between Lansdowne and Ipswich Streets, right in front of Fenway Park. Patrons will find different VIP parties at different clubs and restaurants located right next to the event. Take this unique opportunity to sample the best of Boston cuisine all in one place at the Phantom Gourmet Food Festival. We got the chance to interview Tina Schindler Jr., VP Business Development & Marketing for Phantom Gourmet, to talk about this food spectacular.
