Branson is located within a day’s drive to a third of the U.S. population. For personalized driving directions, visit the Chamber of Commerce & CVB Web site. To arrive by air, visitors can fly into the Springfield-Branson National Airport, approximately 43 miles from Branson. Opening in spring 2009, the Branson Regional Airport will be located south of the city, and can accommodate all types of commercial aircraft.
Getting Around
Public transportation in Branson includes the Downtown Discovery Trolleys. But if you find yourself leaving the downtown area, it’s best to do so by car – and be sure to utilize Branson’s helpful color-coding street system to avoid heavy traffic.
