How to Get Here
The Thompson Okanagan region is centrally located in British Columbia. Four major metropolitan areas are just a short drive away and numerous transportation options allow for easy travel to nearby towns and cities. Kelowna International Airport is just 20 minutes north of downtown Kelowna, while the Kamloops Airport is approximately 15 minutes west of downtown Kamloops.
Getting Around
Car rental companies can be found at both of the Thompson Okanagan region’s major airports. Rail travel is an excellent and scenic way to tour some of the more remote terrains and small towns, while travel by car is the preferred (and most convenient) method employed by most travelers.
