Fair Hills Resort - Detroit Lakes, Minnesota

The answer is yes. No, there isn’t a super-circuited, time-traveling machine here, but you are bound to feel decades younger in spirit at this Central Minnesota resort. Why? Firstly, Fair Hills has been around for more than 80 years, so it knows a thing or two about making you feel utterly at home and at ease on the lake. Aged to perfection, the resort’s only renovations have been making sure all the facilities have been modernized – that means no spooky sprints to rickety outhouses at night, folks! Oh yeah, there are also fun new blow-up water toys! And if you don’t feel like a spring chicken flapping your water wings in the lake or cheerfully squawking at your fellow cabin dwellers during a sprightly game of T-ball, then a hearty dose of Fair Hills’ famous Tuesday Smorgasbord in your belly and a little bit dribbling down your chin will make you giggle in goofy, childlike happiness!
