Of course, it wouldn’t be living the high life without the proper accoutrement; mainly, the Lather bath products and Chadsworth and Haig “Ultimate Doeskin” robes included in your stay. And no visit to the Old City, much less the Loews Hotel Le Concorde, would be complete without a memorable meal at L’Astral, the revolving rooftop eatery voted “Best Hotel Restaurant” by Quebec residents. The only thing we found to be more breathtaking (and infinitely more edible) than the 360-degree views of the glittering cityscape were the restaurant’s innovative and artfully-arranged dishes like seared guinea fowl, Chilean sea bass and decadent lemongrass cream pots.
