Great DealsLegends Golf Resort - SideStep |
It’s safe to say that everything about Legends Golf Resorts focuses on golf. The six (!) courses here span landscapes from Myrtle Beach to Scotland, and a great many philosophies of course design. All told, it’s one of the finest Myrtle Beach golf resorts - for that matter, any golf resort anywhere.
The prevailing theme tips toward Scotland, or at least that of a small Scottish village - a distinct style that permeates the elegant golf villas and the central Ailsa Pub (named for a Scottish golf landmark, of course). Naturally some of the courses follow suit, namely the par 71 Heathland course and the wildly rising, Pete Dye-designed par 72 Moorland course. Yet it’s probably no coincidence that the golf villas are surrounded by the Parklands course, which celebrates the natural terrain of South Carolina.
Of course, we’d be remiss if we did not mention the TPC course - all five stars of it, the home of the PGA Tour's TPC of Myrtle Beach and former site of the SENIOR TOUR Championship. For a resort where golf is the beginning, middle and end of your Myrtle Beach vacation - sa Bhriathrachan Bheag to Legends.
