Getting there: Wuerfel Park is located three-miles south of the Grand Traverse Mall, just off US-31 and M-37 in Chum's Village. Enter on Chum's Village and follow the road to the second entrance on Stadium Drive. The ticket windows are in the tower outside the stadium entrance.
Dates and Times: The Beach Bums baseball season begins May 22 and ends September 6.
Fun facts: Before playing professional baseball Jason Wuerfel played for the University of Michigan and was an all-star athlete from the nearby Glen Lake High school. The Beach Bums named their stadium after him and he is currently their Director of Operations.
