It couldn’t have been better...

What a fantastic place to stay for a long weekend! Everything was fantastic about the stay at this property!! What a great place to kick back and relax! Will stay here again! Go Dawgs

Beautiful condo. Love the elevator! comfortable beds.

Easy check-in, all amenities provided. The view of the beach and the ocean was perfect, the rooms are well-appointed. Many light bulbs were burned out and need attention, otherwise all was well.

The condo is in a great location. We had no major issues, and had a great stay. But like each guest have said before, The condo need updating, very worn. And small thing that I would put-on the management is several light bulbs are out and missing, its like no one really cares about this place... We over looked the small problems of the unit and had a great time.... Management should do a walk though and observe the condo and address the issues...Thanks

As always, we had a great stay at Beachview 911. We have been working with RealEascapes for over 10 years now and they never disappoint!

This is our second year booking 911 and we have already booked for next year! Open concept, privacy, view, and outdoor balcony make this rental so special. There’s some wear and tear here but I would imagine it’ll be updated by next year. Wishing for a gas grill as well. Unbelievable trip and the wear and tear must not be so bad since we booked before our leave for next year.

We love the location and have stayed here multiple times and have already booked the same for next year. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking gear and bowls and such although it could use more glasses. Someone should also make a schedule to change the batteries in the remotes as I had two where the batteries were corroded and coming apart. We never did find the Xfinity remote for BR#2, although not a big deal as we were not there to watch TV. Some just like to unwind at bedtime and catch the news in their room. All things considered it is a great location and as I said we will be back next year!

Our 4th year spending the winter in this rental. Cannot get a better location. The unit is large and each bedroom has its own washroom. The unit is spotless and Real Escapes is excellent to deal with. The view from the porch is amazing. with the beach right across the street, what more would you want! The kitchen is fully equipped. An excellent place to enjoy the ocean breezes.

We stayed in Beachview 911 and it was so beautiful. The elevator was very nice for my mother-in-law, who is 93. Please of space and a great view!

The house was very spacious and was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch with its ocean view in the mornings and in the evenings. We look forward to renting it again in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 911 Beachview. The home was very nice and the location was perfect. It was close enough to walk in to town or just up the road to eat at our favorite restaurants. The ocean is only steps from the home which made it perfect for the grands and hauling chairs and toys. This is one area that has a beach during high tide so we were able to stay out all day. We will definitely look to stay at 911 in the future.

From the first calol everyone was so poleasant and kind.

The porch was our favorite part. We had two couples with babies and everyone was very comfortable.

Loved the location. The property needs maintenance and is dated and worn a bit. The property is only the second floor in the picture which is not clear. The roof access and view was very nice to have.

Wonderful vacation with perfect weather and a great rental

We had a wonderful time and really appreciated this property. Location was outstanding! Our unit was large enough to spread out comfortably.

It was just supremely wonderful--right on the beach, large enough, immaculately decorated, and comfortable enough for that family feel. I highly recommend 911 Beachview because of all of this and more. This property and others like it are the reasons I choose to only book with Real Escapes, because they know how to truly make the vacation experience memorable for their customers. I love it, and I'm sure you will as well. Enjoy your stay as much as we did. We loved it so much that we literally didn't want to leave.

Wow! We rented this ocean view villa to celebrate a engagement. The villa is so huge and spacious . The living areas are large and look directly to the ocean . It has a beautiful large balcony overlooking the ocean as well! Did I mention the huge gourmet kitchen? Walking distance to beach and village. The rental agency is amazing to work with! We made some wonderful memories celebrating our daughters engagement in this home. It’s a fabulous rental!

This was our second year spending time at this property. The house was very clean. Real Escapes is great to deal with and always gets right back to us for any questions or issues we have. Location is right on the beach with an excellent view of the ocean. Just a short walk to town, down the beach.

The home was the perfect place to host our Christmas vacation. Being in real estate, the home has a lot of character with an inviting feel. Easy access to the beach and very close to the village and pier. The owner has great quality furnishings and fixtures to enjoy as well. The only thing missing is a Keurig for your morning coffee outside on the balcony looking out at the ocean. Staff, maintenance and housekeeping are gems! Thanks Real Escapes!!!

This property has the ideal location on SSI. The beach is right across the street and you can sit on the porch and watch the people, ships and water. Even at high tide, there is lots of Beach to enjoy. There were a few issues with cleanliness and maintenance when we arrived. Real Escapes and the owner dealt with all our our issues quickly and professionally. The unit is geogeous with sweeping views from the living room and kitchen. Well equipped kitchen for the gourmet chef. We have rented and dealt with a large number of properties and management companies. This has been our best experience every dealing with Real Escapes. Both the company and property are highly recommenepded.

PERFECT

The home was beautiful with a fabulous ocean view. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the ocean where we could eat our meals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice.

Stayed for a week at 911 and once again a great experience. I've stayed here at least half a dozen times never have a complaint. Great property and great company!

I have stayed at Beachview 911 multiple times! Harry and Hollie are wonderful people that provide a true island paradise. They have always been generous and friendly. I had a great time staying at Beachview 911! I am a visiting instructor at the FLETC and this the fourth time I have stayed at the property and utilized Real Escapes. I stayed for two and a half weeks enjoying every minute of it while away from home! Thanks again to the owners and Real Escapes for a great experience.

Love the house and location. The house, however, wasn't clean. I had them come back to redo and still spent the first two days cleaning. The oven was filthy, pots and pans still had food on them which the mice had discovered! Cabinets had food spills running down them...bathroom cabinets, too, had something dribbled all down the front. The kitchen floor had a big sticky stain under the refrigerator door. There were dust bunnies on the floor and all surfaces had just had the top wiped, every under surface had a thick coating of dust. I could go on and on. Plus the cleaning company came innumerable times to do the upstairs unit at their convenience which got to be old with all the comings and goings, sometimes as late as 7 at night.
