This is the second year we have stayed in this neighborhood (first house was farther away from the beach) and the location is absolutely wonderful. This house is just a few steps from the boardwalk to the beach access and was great. The pool was fantastic with early morning and early afternoon shady spots. The back porch was a great spot to sit and take a nap while enjoying the breeze and pool. All the bedrooms are upstairs (max occupancy 6) and the only access is by a spiral staircase , which the kids enjoyed very much. It may be a bit of hard work for someone with bad knees to turn so much, but we had no problem. Beds were very comfortable. It is very close to Sandestin Resort and shopping/restaurants. Friendly security staff as well. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles (had to back my Yukon XL in each night to minimize scratching and be able to open the driver door easier), but the rest of the package more than makes up for that. The internet/Wifi did not work well, including the downstairs TV (the upstairs worked fine however). I tried rebooting, etc, but no avail. I did not contact the management team because it wasn't the end of the world as there are so many more wonderful things to do here. Would definitely stay here again!

My family absolutely loved our stay at Soleil Levant. The neighborhood itself is such a nice reprieve from the hustle bustle of the area. This home is only 3 houses down from the boardwalk to the beach, which made for a super easy walk with the kids ( and the back and forth for snacks, bathroom breaks , etc). The private beach was nice to have space between us and other beachgoers. As for the house itself, we spent a lot of afternoons just hanging out on the covered patio while kids swam in the private pool, which was great for everyone. Interior of the house is very comfortable ( good beds, great A/C, comfy couches), and there is great artwork throughout, if you're into that kind of thing. Kids loved the third floor area at the top of the stairs, for hanging out and playing games. Would love to come back!

This was such a great house for our family to stay! It was almost like having our own tropical island getaway. There was plenty of room for everyone, everything had a tropical vibe and we even had our own pool. Plus we were just a short walk from the beach. We would highly recommend and we are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Super nice house close to a lot of shopping and good restaurants. The house was really clean and we enjoyed the tropical feel. The private pool was also a nice touch. highly recommend

We had such a great week at Soleil Levant. This is such a cool house and it has it's own pool. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had everything we could possibly need and plenty of room inside and out for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. We were close to lots of shopping and restaurants. We look forward to coming back again and we would definitely recommend this house!

We LOVE this house! This is our second trip to Sol with our family, and we again enjoyed it immensely. The portico in the back
with sitting and eating ares overlooking the large private pool is our favorite feature. The front porticos were also favorite places
for spending some private time or playing a rather large game of chess. The very short walk to the private beach was an added
bonus. We had a very blessed week. Wish you could have been there!

We loved staying here, our fourth year now. It has become our second home. My daughter loves it and the beach is so convenient to access. It is perfect for all ages and families. We would definitely recommend it.

This was the perfect beach house for my family of six! There was plenty of room to spread out or to get together for family fun times. The house was clean, decorated nicely and located close to everything we wanted to do or see. Really enjoyed the private pool too. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Soleil Levant House. It's located in a really private little neighborhood with it's own beach. The house was large and spacious enough for my family. We loved the bright, vibrant color scheme and the private pool was a nice touch. We hope we can stay here again when we are in the Destin area.

This was our second Girls' Week at Soleil Levant. We love that the beach is a vacant lot and two houses away! No more fighting for a parking space, hauling fourteen tons of chairs, umbrellas, and supplies to find our spot near the water. The private beach has fewer people. If anyone in the group is more likely to burn (me), the house is a short walk and the private pool awaits! We love that each one us has our own space. I love to stay in the cupola, with its two balconies and ocean view. The other three use the bedrooms and fold out couch downstairs. The kitchen has everything we need, and the washer/dryer makes packing easy. My favorite place, though, is the back porch by the pool...morning coffee, sounds of the waves, serenity that refreshes and restores. Loved it! Hope to be back next year.

This home is awesome! My favorite aspect of the house is the porch and private pool. Though the beautiful Destin white sands and azure waters were a very short walk away, I spent every morning reading by the pool and taking a dip at will. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the three full baths and outside shower made life easy. This house has a view of the ocean from the front balconies, and is a peaceful, refreshing retreat!

Soleil Levant is more than we could ask for! The back deck and swimming pool are very private. We spent almost every night grilling out and having a blast with our family!

This was our first trip to Destin and it went by way too quickly. From the beautiful beaches just steps away to the gorgeous private pool, we could not get enough of the sunshine! We are already planning our next trip to Solei Levant.

We had a fantastic week. The house is beautiful and do is the private pool. The location was great. We were 2 houses away from the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet. There were no college kids while we were there. We took my in laws and 7 year old daughter. It was perfect. For future renters, the home is listed as a 3 bedroom but really is a 2 bedroom with small loft. The loft is on the 3rd floor do not good for seniors or small children.

The location and time of year was excellent! Not much traffic in Destin and subdivision was very quiet and peaceful. Next time I will find a home with a heated pool. Amenities were great especially the golf.

The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly and we couldn’t have been more pleased! With all the bedrooms on the second and third floors, it allowed the early risers to get up and make breakfast without disturbing those who liked to sleep a little later! The perfect house for vacationing.

We come to Destin every year and even own a condominum there but this house is where we stay when we want easy beach access and funky living quarters. This year was out third time at Soleil and it didn't disappoint. The house is clean and comfortable and the private pool is a definite plus. When you see Soleil for the first time you just know you're going to have a great week. The only negative comment came from the kids who said the mattresses in the guest room were uncomfortable.

This house was located in a very elite gated community. Waking up to a beautiful pool out back was amazing! The beach was a short walk away, and the beach was nice and not crowded. We would highly recommend this house.
