One block from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults, nice beds and great amenities. Pool across the street, restaurants just a short walk away. Great area, our family had an amazing week.

This place is beautiful, the location was great with just a block from ocean, and a really nice coffee shop. The only thing I would change about it, is having to move the grill, where it’s placed was a pain, but with some muscles we were able to move it away from the garage and house. We had a wasp problem on the front porch, but once I reached out to the manager, they had someone there right away to get rid of them. All in all, the place is wonderful and I would stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The location was perfect, the space was great, and the short walk to the beach was perfect for our family! We will absolutely be staying here again! We would HIGHLY recommend this space to any and all families who are looking for a comfortable stay close to the beach and shopping!

This was an incredible beach house! Everything from the ease of booking & receiving timely info about codes, etc. Very, very close walk to the beach. Everything in the house was SPOTLESS! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning!

The location was the best and perfect! You are less than a block away from the beach. Just crossing the street. Grocery stores are close by, the best beaches to walking distance and close to Destin's main dock. The surroundings are beautiful. A lot of cute beach houses. The place itself was great, they had almost everything for you to be comfortable and spend great vacations. Everything was nice and clean. Although, I think they have room for improvement, the bedroom with 2 individual beds had 2 mattresses that were not comfortable.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Royal Bahamian. The house was adorable. The pictures don't do it justice.
Everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could want or need. The pool was small, but was only crowded one day when it was too rough to swim at the beach. Most other times, we had it to ourselves. The beach was very close as well and an easy walk. It's a great location as it's close to a ton of restaurants and stores. This was one of our favorite vacation rentals and we would definitely love to stay again!

Lovely Home with a perfect location for the Crystal Beach area of Destin. The house is a great and fun place. Stereo throughout the house was a lot of fun! Open concept is great and the furniture was very comfortable and inviting.

The location of the house was perfect for our needs! We were right across from the pool and a very short walk from the public access beach. With small kids this was ideal. We loved the fenced front yard with the porch, which is where we spent most of our time when we weren’t at the beach or pool. The house was a convenient layout for our 2 small families.

Our stay was great, we had an issue with the microwave and toaster not working, we had someone bring us a new toaster and replacement microwave within 24 hours. The location is a 5 minute walk from the beach, the kids also loved that the community pool was right across the street. The entire neighborhood was great, I was wearing my Ohio State hat and shirt, our neighbor just happened to also have graduated from OSU but 20 years before me, so there O-H I-O shouted daily. It was a really memorable experience and that came from the 12 year old who is unimpressed by just about everything. Thumbs up.

Nice house that is close to the beach and community pool. Newman-Dailey was very responsive with customer service. We added an extra day to our stay with no problem. The Wifi wasn't working and someone was out within the hour to fix it. Would rent from them again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. We loved the interior and the location. It had a nice beach feel to it and was pretty spacious for our extended family with four adults and three kids.

My friends and I stayed at the Royal Bahamian house in Destin . The house was more than we expected. Newman Daily was the best realtor we have ever had. Another bonus the pool was directly out of front door just across the street. Loved it.
