“Cabin was clean and well kept. REALLY impressed that they mailed a dress to me that I had thoughtlessly left behind! I was so sad when I realized my favorite dress had been left behind, but the lady assured me she would take care of it. Thrilled when I received it as promised!”

“My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary. It was quiet and relaxing. The cabin had a Jacuzzi for two and lots of wildlife. No cable or internet but for a romantic weekend, it's perfect. No one bothered us. We came and went as we pleased. Beautiful scenery.”

“Awesome RV camping! The wife and I found this to be great campground for our toy hauler and motorcycle touring base for nine days in wonderful Arkansas! We had the place to ourselves for the most part. Nice decks for the trailers. Nice cabins for those who don't have their own toys to pull around. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice, comfortable cabins. My husband and I just returned from our trip to Arkansas. We loved the #7 cabin. It's beautiful, and very well thought out. We enjoyed the jacuzzi every evening. The managers are very helpful and willing to bring you anything you have noticed missing. We felt very isolated, and enjoyed the privacy, yet there were other campers around. Sitting on the porch almost feels like you're in a tree house! If you go- and you definitely should- be sure to look at all the rocks left by previous visitors. We intend to go back again in a few months!”

“As Promised We Stayed Again. Where to begin, we had such a fun trip. Most of the time was spent on the property taking walks, grilling, campfires, or simply sleeping in. We stayed in both the economy cabins and in cabin JP3. In either case we had a fridge in our cabin and a microwave. Everything was clean. The owners are so accomidating and friendly. We were given a personal tour of the property via "train". My daughter Lucy loved it. We will enjoy making memories as she grows up with our trips coming back here.”

“Out in the woods! When I rented the cabin, I had no idea it would be located on a large amount of property in the woods, complete with hiking trails. That was really awesome. It also had a fire ring and we had a campfire one night. We rented one of the largest cabins - JP2, and it had two bedrooms, a complete kitchen, a family room, a large deck on the front, and a door out the back. We couldn't see any other cabins from our cabin due to the woods in between. The wood is cedar and pine and smelled really good. It had a large jaccuzzi tub. The hiking trails were car size ... if you like hanging out in the woods and being near the canoeing place - River Ranch Resort, then this is great.”

“Planned a trip to Eureka Springs for the family/wife's brithday. We stayed here about 8 years ago in the bigger cabins and loved it. This time we decided to stay in the smaller cabins and we were not disappointed. Great for what we were looking for. A place to sleep out in the woods. We have a two and half year old and she loved being out in nature. We would spend the day in Eureka Springs at all the attractions and drive out to the cabin at the end of each day. Our little cabin had a small refrigerator, microwave, table, queen size bed, table for 2, bathroom with shower/tub combo, TV and DVD player, coffee maker, and aircoditioning. Not really roughing it at all. A nice deck with an over hang to sit and have your morning coffee. It is located about a mile away from Beaver Lake if you are looking for a beach to go swimming. The property is located about 9 miles from Eureka Springs so it wasn't too far of a drive at the end of the day. By the way our cabin was spotless. Do bring flashlights with you since it gets really dark out there”

“Spent the weekend there and didn't want to leave. Diving boating Beaver. We went for my Hubby to get his Diving certification. We needed to stay close to the dam so I found this place. Not another place closer to the dam, was very convenient across the street to the cove by the dam where they dived. We also took our boat and had ample parking. They had a park area for the kids perfect quietness nestled on 90 acres. Beautiful land with trees everywhere. #2 cabin was cozy and perfect for my family of 4! The owners were very nice and authentic. They were very helpful and informative. We need more of these type places. Also very affordable... Can't wait to go back with our RV and stay here next time. They have cabins... for fishermen, rv spots, cabins for rent.”

“Wonderful Getaway! Spent a few days here while visiting Eureka Springs. The grounds were beautiful. There was a herd of deer in our yard at dusk and dawn, as well as numerous other visitors. Including Mr. Skunk! Just far enough away to get away from the "commercial" areas. Very secluded. The cabin had everything we needed. Hiking trails, fishing close by, War Eagle just a short jaunt around the Beaver Lake. Great central location. Cabins were extremely clean and well stocked. Plenty of hot water. Living area was nice, the couch turned into a bed. Not the most comfortable, but it does the job. No smells, no pests, insects and such. Just a beautiful place to go away and relax. Room Tip: We were right in front and barely saw a soul. So secluded!”

“Nice couples getaway! We stayed four nights in the JP4 couples cabin. This cabins is definitely intend for 2 people, not families. There is a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave, small coffee maker ( they do have coffee filters but bring your own coffee!)& a sink. There was a nice, big hot tub for 2. The bed was queen size. The AC was nice & cold. Cabin was very clean. Nice big front porch deck... Cabins are just a couple miles away from the Beaver Dam Site park (boat access), and easy access to the White River if you want to canoe or trout fish! There is also a pond on site at the camp grounds if you like to pond fish! We'll definitely stay there again!”
