We booked a cabin with Great Outdoor Rentals for Valentine's Day weekend. Once we arrived at the office to receive our directions to the cabin, we were treated very poorly and overheard the owner refer to us as idiots for not having directions to our cabin. We left the office upset, deciding to go to the cabin and trying to make the best of the weekend. Not ten minutes into our arrival, the owner called our cabin claiming to apologize, only giving further explanation why she referred to us as idiots. After becoming frustrated and insulted, we asked for our money back. The owner refused to give us a refund! After driving five hours to get to Pigeon Forge, we ended up in a small motel for the night, driving back home the next morning. I could not believe how terrible the customer service was, and I would hate for anyone else to have such an awful experience. Please take your business elsewhere.
