In the Snowy Range Mountains of the Medicine National Forest, Medicine Bow Lodge is a proud piece of Wyoming's log lodging heritage. With early beginnings in the 1900's, its founders dream was to introduce easterners to "the primitive life and great beauty of Wyoming." Today Medicine Bow Lodge still welcomes guests to one of the most beautiful areas of the west. See old mining and logging towns by horseback, fish the hudres of lakes, ponds, and streams, and soak in the serenity of this old valley lodge.
Old fashioned fun can be had here in the Old Western heart of Wyoming at Medicine Bow Lodge. Go on a horseback ride though the valleys and get a glimpse of the breathtaking views that pictures just can't quite capture. For decades film has tried to keep in its sights the majestic scenery and history of this area. Come see for yourself.
In the winter you can snowmobile right from the lodge, cross county ski, snowshoe or just play in the snow. When summer arrives, it is time for horseback riding, exploring, relaxing, and having a good time.
