Rustic Relaxation, Thy Name is Tri Lake Timbers!

Wilderness awaits at Tri Lake Timbers Resort! A pine-dotted property on the banks of Johnson Lake, this resort truly is an outdoor enthusiast’s dream. Set out on the lake for some water-fueled fun, which includes fishing, swimming, and boating. If you’d prefer to stay dry, ATV through the lush trails or just kick up your feet and relax. In the winter, snowmobile or snowshoe through the powdery property. No matter the weather, you’ll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen within your rustic yet elegant cabin!

Family

There is seemingly no end to the amount of activities, attractions, and diversions a family can find in and around Tri Lake. Fishing is always popular, of course, but there's also swimming, hiking, a huge playground, and a close proximity to dozens of of shops and restaurants in historic downtown Iron River.

Nature

Nature is just outside your door at this resort! Hike the meandering nature trails and snap an album-full of unforgettable photographs. The unique flora and fauna is sure to please! Of course, the lake is aways there for boating, fishing, or swimming in. Grab your swimsuit and cool off!

Fishing

Rent a fishing boat and set off on a quest for walleye, bass, and northern pike. The little ones can reel in the fish from off the dock while the adults are out reeling in trophies. Catch some dinner, or just one that you can brag to your friends about when you get home: "It was THIS big!"

Romantic

With names like "The Bungalow", "The Chalet", and "The Grotto", you know that the accommodations at Tri Lake are going to be intensely intimate and supremely luxurious. Step inside and you'll be whisked away by the immaculate decor and the charming amenities. Step outside on the sun deck to enjoy a majestic view of the lake, and let it sink in: this is paradise.

Hunting

Whether you hunt with bow or rifle, over bait or with dogs, there's is plenty in the area for the avid hunter. You'll find grouse, pheasant, Woodcock, and plenty of deer in the area. Just don't forget your orange clothing!

Lake

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the onsite lake, not least of which is renting the lodge's Northwoods Pontoon, Fishing Boats, or paddle boats. From the center of the lake you'll have an unrestricted view of the beautiful coastline, and, should you remember to bring your fishing rod, perhaps you'll catch some dinner as well!
