Fishing

Teal Lake is one of the world's top producers of fish per acre, and it’s famous for its huge muskie. The whole family will love the mostly catch-and-release fishing for bass, walleye and crappie. Guides, a 2-hour fishing "school,” bait, tackle & equipment are all available at Teal Lake Lodge!

Golf

A true highlight of Ross’ Teal Lake Lodge is the Teal Wing Golf Club, with a driving range, pro shop and four-person carts. It's meticulously designed to fit into the natural Chequamegon National Forest environment and yet, from the back tees, a challenge on par with some PGA Tour courses.

Historical

There’s a reason that the hospitality at Teal Lake Lodge is so deeply real - the Ross family have been innkeepers since 1823, perhaps longer than any other family in the U.S. Teal Lake Lodge dates from 1904; several of its original structures - including the Main Lodge - remain today.

Lake

Teal Lake Lodge rests on the tranquil Teal Lake, with access to Lost Land Lake and a total of 3,000 acres of water relaxation & recreation. These “Quiet Lakes” are the Midwest’s only lakes with a 10 mph speed limit; pontoons, fishing boats & free hydrobikes, sailboats and more are available onsite!

Nature

Nature has always been at the heart of Teal Lake Lodge; it rests on the shores of Teal Lake, surrounded by the Chequamegon National Forest. The lodge offers free bicycles for exploring its 200 acres and a half-mile of lake shoreline, or take out a canoe and visit any of six island wilderness stands.

Cabins And Cottages

These are traditional one-room log cabins, except for the modern features: screened porches, mini-kitchens, ceiling fans and more make your true lake stay truly comfortable. One-bedroom apartment suites are also available!
